About

I'm a software developer with more than 15 years of experience building and modernizing enterprise .NET applications in fintech, healthcare and regulated B2B environments.

Today I'm moving a legacy WPF application to Blazor and ASP.NET Core REST APIs for a Canadian financial services company. I specialize in the data side of modernization: data dictionaries, source-to-target mapping, Liquid (Scriban) templating and XML/JSON ingestion into SQL Server.

I'm known as a strong debugger who finds the root cause of complex production issues fast. I also use AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot for code review, refactoring and SQL optimization.

I also led development of QcPlot, an internal quality control platform for medical laboratories.

- Modernizing a legacy WPF desktop app into a Blazor front end backed by ASP.NET Core REST APIs, with business logic refactored into testable C# services.

- Designed and built a multi-tenant, 11-language SaaS for internal quality control: Levey-Jennings charts, Westgard multirules, Sigma metrics, alarms and PDF reports.
- Built the QC engine as a separate application layer covered by 976 automated tests, on .NET 10, Blazor, EF Core and SQL Server.
- Shipped subscription plans with PayPal payments, AI-assisted interpretation of QC results on anonymized data, and the brand and marketing site.

A multi-tenant SaaS I designed and built end to end, with one tenant per laboratory. Labs track internal quality control with Levey-Jennings charts, Westgard multirules and Sigma metrics. They get alarms, localized PDF reports and AI-assisted interpretation, and subscribe through Free, Standard and Advanced plans. CLSI-based method evaluation and external quality assessment are on the roadmap.
